Wellness Exchange Workshops

The goal of these Free Wellness Exchange workshops is to help increase our ability to cope with change, build resilience, and improve our overall well-being.
This series will run every Friday from 2-3:30 in the LSCO boardroom (Fritz Sick Building, 500 11th St. S., Lethbridge)
Five different skill building workshops. Attend any topic that interests you or attend all five

February 13: Problem Solving
February 20: Positive Activities
February 27: Managing Reactions
March 6: Helpful Thinking
March 13: Healthy Connections
