Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a Mexican tradition that honors family and friends who have died.
It includes colorful calaveras (skulls) and calacas (skeletons), bright flowers (marigolds), papel picado (traditional paper banners), ofrenda (an altar), candles, Calavera de azucar (decorated skulls made from sugar), pan de muerto (a decorated bread), music, costumes, masks, dancing, and of course, FOOD.

� Live performances and dance,
� Ofrenda display,
� Dia de los Muertos customes and decorations,
� Tequila and featured drink,
� Méxican candies,
� Celebrate Méxican culture,
� and more.

Menu includes:
POLLO CALDO TLALPENA (CHICKEN SOUP) Chicken soup with chick peas, carrots, potatoes, celery, chipotle , spices, and cream cheese. Recipe is from Chef Oscar's state of Veracruz.

POLLO MOLE (CHICKEN with SAUCE) Chicken with a complex black mole sauce made with chocolate, nuts, sesame seeds, onion, plantains, dried chile, and spices. (Nutty & creamy.) The mole is being sent from Oaxaca, Mexico.
PINTO TAMAL (TAMAL with Beans) Traditional tamal made with corn flour dough and beans. Wrapped in corn husk or plantain leaves and steamed. Tamal are traditional for Dias de los Muertos
ARROZ ROJO CON VERDURAS (RED RICE with VEGETABLES) Rice with grilled tomatoes with chicken broth, onions, garlic, peas, carrots, & spices.
NOPALES ENSALADA (CACTUS SALAD) Cactus leaves, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, onions, spices.
CALBAZA en TACHA con HELEDO de VANILLA (BAKED CARMALIZED PUMPKIN with VANILLA ICE CREAM) Traditional for Dias de los Muertos
HORCHATA de COCO (COCONUT Drink) Mexican-inspired coconut horchata. Rice and coconut are ground and soaked, then sweetened with condensed milk and spices.
JAMAICA (HIBISCUS TEA with STAR ANIS) Hibiscus drink with spices

All items are GF.
Vegetarian Menu: Chick Pea Soup, Tamal with Beans, Potato with Mole, Red Rice, Cactus Salad, Carmalized Pumpkin
