About this Event

We are a group of women ranging from our 30's through our 70's that are either dealing with perimenopause or menopause, and have had to go it without much support or information. The internet has alot of information but it's difficult to sort out. We wanted to do something more personal - and talk about ALL the things. We pulled together a wide range of experts on all things perimenopause! Medical(Hormonal) - Nutritional - Fitness - Skin - Beauty - This is an awesome oppotunity to ask questions about what you're experiencing, what to expect, and most importantly what to do about it.
