Join us for our annual Wellness Screening Event! An annual wellness panel can help you and your doctor make informed decisions about your healthcare. Visit Decatur County Hospital during our Wellness Screening Event to receive tests without a referral.

Enter through the cafeteria door on the southwest corner of the hospital.
