🌙 Seasons of Self is a 4-week women’s circle designed to bring you back home to your body. Together, we’ll learn how to live with the natural rhythm of our menstrual cycle and feminine energy instead of against them.
Over four Monday evenings in November, you’ll:
✨ Discover what your cycle is really telling you—why the American College of OBGYN calls it the fifth vital sign
✨ Learn how to support yourself in each “season” of your cycle
✨ Create rituals + boundaries that protect your peace and energy
✨ Connect with other women in a supportive, grounding community
✨ Walk away with a deeper trust in yourself and your body
