Empower x Midwestern Princess Circuits Class

Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying UoN Students and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people. Empower offers a safe, inclusive and judgement-free space to exercise amongst fellow students and help you find your active!

On the 21st October, join us for a Chappell Roan themed Beginner-Friendly Circuits Class - because who doesn't want to be a Midwestern Princess?! Exercises will be beginner friendly with options to suite everyone, with the best workout playlist in town!
