Ricotta Cheese & Butter Making Class w High Lawn Farm

Join us for a night of ricotta cheese and butter making with Chef and High Lawn Farm! The team will demonstrate live on how to make ricotta and your very own butter! Chef and the team from High Lawn will walk you through the steps. Your ticket price includes instructions on both ricotta and butter making, hands on experience making your own butter along with tastings of both. Limited Seating. Price is $35 plus 7% tax ($2.45) plus 20% gratuity ($7) and for a total of $44.45.
