Join brewers Jeff + Mike for an in-depth
Beer Sensory Training that explores how flavor compounds shape what we taste in the glass. You’ll dive into hop characteristics, chemical compounds, and growing regions-and learn how the same flavors can be celebrated in some styles and considered “off flavors” in others. Includes guided on- and off-flavor samples and a full pour of beer of your choice to finish the class. Palate cleansing snacks provided by Chef Karrie. This class explores new material and concepts not covered in our introductory sensory training. Prior attendance is not required.
