Sound Bath

We are doing new things in the new year! New location, new day, new time! Join us for this immersive sound bath meditation, where the calming vibrational frequencies of Crystal, singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more will wash over you and lead you into a deep, relaxing and Restorative state.
Participants should bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask if you are sensitive to light.
