As the season shifts from the heat and fire of summer, we cool off. Take a beat. Flow with the change of the season.
While it’s a beautiful gift that so many trees remind us to ”let something go” with a fanfare of colored leaves, it’s just as beautiful to know that the annual pulling back of even the most evergreen is a universal act of conservation and a refocusing of energy. Fall then, is not just an act of releasing but of preserving what is most valuable from the prior seasons.
The Fall Equinox is our reminder to evaluate and shift our energy. To use the longer nights to contemplate our season of growth and to intentionally decide what we keep and what we release. It’s the cooling off that allows us to release the fire of reacting and invite a softer space.
Whether you need a respite after a busy season that aligns with the calendar, or from a season of life you feel the shifts from, this retreat balances effort and ease to invite space for personal integration.
This four day, three night women’s retreat in the mountains of North Carolina is an all-inclusive weekend reminder that a little time focused on ourselves can feel like magic, that a moment of intentional softness can spark internal and external connections.
This retreat is aligned with the first days of fall to embrace the energy of the new season. It is a space to be fully taken care of and to let go of all the roles you fill for others and return to self. This is your invitation to a blend of yoga and camaraderie, of curiosity and comfort, of afternoon naps and dancing in the moonlight, of finding your flow and letting things go.
