We waited till Week #2 for this year’s theme:
“Yer Dead to Us, Ben!”
In honor of Ben Johnson, our former Offensive Coordinator who ditched the pride to coach the Chicago Bears. we’re throwing a parade to celebrate the betrayal the only way Lions fans know how: with laughter, decorated carts, and light-hearted vengeance.
PARADE STARTS AT 11 AM — Full Park Route
Lions fans decked out in Honolulu Blue and Silver
The Ben Johnson Funeral March aka Parade
Floats, signs, costumes, chants, and judged categories!
“Scorned Fan Club” and heartbreak couture encouraged!

We know some of you are married to them, related to them, or heaven forbid... are them. We’ve got a seat at the table
Stop by our “Bears Fans Anonymous” tent for free tissues and counseling.
Wear your Bears gear (at your own risk) and enter our Best Dressed Bear's Fan contest.
Receive a limited-edition “Forgiveness Certificate” (expires at kickoff).
Expect to be roasted, but also hugged.
📺 WATCH PARTY AFTER THE PARADE
Lions vs Bears kickoff is at 1 PM.
Stay and cheer, or heckle, with fellow fans.
We’ll have the game playing with sound, community seating, and loud opinions.
💙 ALL HOLIDAY SHORE RESIDENTS & THEIR GUEST ARE WELCOME, BUT DETROIT LIONS FANS RULE THE DAY.
Leave your drama (and your Bears merch) at the dumpster unless you're ready for fun.
