This cook off is for fellow pit master Buddy. Rain or shine he always ready to cook, it didn’t matter. He always looked forward to the cook off and defiantly had the best time out of all of us. Be like Buddy come down sign up and have fun. We already miss him.

Entry fee $50 (Includes 3 racks of St. Louis style ribs and turn in boxes.)
The Sal bbq supper will begin at 5:30pm Saturday October 11th.
Sal will be selling raffle tickets for a new smoker! Tickets are only $5 per ticket. The drawing will be held the evening of October 11 after the cook off. Tickets will also be available at the legion club until the drawing on the 11th.
Ribs will be provided and handed out at 10:30am Saturday October 11th. Ribs must be prepared and cooked on site outside the Legion Club. Participants are responsible for bringing their own supplies/grill ect. Participants will be required to cook (3) racks of ribs for judging.
Official judging will be at 5:30 pm. SHARP.
The Sal will provide 1 turn in box for official judging. This competition will be a bare box competition so NO garnish will be needed.
