Yin Yoga Mondays: Leelanau Summer Session

Join Shelley Elizabeth Smith for a gentle Yin Yoga practice in the beautiful Leland River Studio.
Classes are 7-8pm every Monday and Wednesday.

Slow down, soften, invite a long deep exhale. Let go. This quiet practice invites stillness, presence, and body-mind-heart connection.

Gentle yin yoga postures and soft stretches will be guided with long pauses to sink in. Participants are encouraged to honor their unique body’s needs with a comfortable expression of each posture.

Yin yoga fosters feelings of relaxation, peace, and ease, while slowly stretching and revitalizing connective tissues and stimulating energy meridians within our bodies.
