Gentle Monday Slow Flow 🌿

This class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and grounding stretches to help you feel centered and balanced, both physically + mentally. Open to all levels—beginner friendly modifications offered.

💲 $15 per class | Pay via Venmo, PayPal, or cash in person
