Yoga Class

We are flowing with our balance postures. Building a little more heat than usual, perfect for those chilly evenings. This is a great way to understand the postures we have been working on and take them to a deeper level. As always, we will have props and modifications to make this accessible to everyone. Balancing is a key component of a yoga practice as well as everyday movement and is often described as the invisible glue that can hold your fitness and wellbeing together. Finishing the class with breathing techniques designed to calm and take us into our relaxation, which hopefully extends into the rest of your evening and week.

All classes are £6 for CSC members or £9 for non-members (membership of CSC is just £10 and is open to everyone). Pay on the day by card/contactless/cash/bank transfer.

A regular yoga practice works to improve your well-being both physically and emotionally. It will improve your posture, flexibility and balance. Practicing yoga also helps to reduce stress and fatigue, promoting better sleep and overall health. All levels are welcome with accommodations for injuries available. Suitable for all ages from 14+ (under 16 to be accompanied by an adult). Mats provided.
