TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR OUR U.K. FUNDRAISING EVENT 2025
As you can see from the poster we have TWO fabulous days of ELVIS planned for you. ALL profits from ticket sales and the auction will be donated to our Nominated charities for 2024/2025 which are Jessie’s Fund and Music Moves Mountains – two AMAZING organisations providing music therapy to adults and children in the UK and the USA.
SATURDAY 18th OCTOBER 2025
Our two day event begins with a special film presentation by The Elvis Film Club, presented by Nick Dadd starting at 2pm on 18.10.25.
It’s Elvis party time in the evening 7.30 til late ….the theme is ‘Vegas Baby’ and the entertainment will be provided by Phil Shakespeare and his All Elvis Big Screen Disco. Our guests will arrive via our red carpet where our official event photographer will take your picture as a wonderful memory of the event and your ‘official photograph’ will be e mailed to you a few days after the event. There will be a delicious buffet, silent auction and our annual Circle G Foundation awards.
To end our fabulous weekend on Sunday 19th October 2025 at 2pm we are delighted that Shelly Powers will be joining us to talk about her book Remembering Elvis and all the fabulous ‘Elvis’ people she met in writing the book.
Andrew from Elvis Stuff will be with us for the two days so that you can buy some wonderful Elvis merchandise as a momento of your weekend and we will also have some special Elvis memorabilia on display from private collections.
The venue is The Holiday Inn Express, Sale Way, Leigh Sports Village WN7 4JY. This is a great location within easy reach of motorways and trains. The
entire event is being held at the hotel so once you arrive you have all the
entertainment on site. We have negotiated a GREAT discount of 20% off room prices and this INCLUDES breakfast. When you receive your tickets you’ll be given a link to book your accommodation with the 20% discount.
There is a pub up the road from the hotel and also a Morrisons just a couple of minutes walk away.. The hotel has a bistro where you can eat too.

We know it seems a long way away but numbers are limited and tickets have started selling already. There are lots of great Elvis events happening in 2025 and we’ve planned ours not to clash with any that have already been announced. We hope you will join us for two days of ELVIS, ELVIS, ELVIS and all in support of our nominated charitable cause for 2024/2025 - Music Therapy.
