$455.00 per couple, 8 hours of tuition (6 hours on the retreat and 2 hours of follow-up online live sessions), The Positive Births in NZ book, set of affirmation cards, workbook, 10 downloadable audio tracks to practise and ongoing support.

The Positive Birth Prep Retreat is designed especially for pregnant couples due between August - December.

Enjoy guided meditation, deep relaxation, breath work, empowering education and mental preparation for a positive birth journey.

The day retreat is part of the Positive Births course empowering couples to feel calm, confident and fully prepared for their birth regardless of what circumstances occur along the way.
