Join us for a deep, grounding and joyful Spiritual Reggae Dance Ceremony guided by Colin Enrico with live singing & DJ sets rooted in reggae and dub.
We begin with a short warming-up and grounding meditation, allowing you to arrive fully in your body. From there, the music carries you through an intuitive dance journey ending in a nourishing savasana to integrate and rest.
No choreography. No performance.
Just movement, rhythm and presence.
