At Shadow’s Kitchen, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible, please review our refund policy before purchasing your ticket.
1. All Sales Are Final:
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of the event, which requires advance planning, preparation, and limited seating.
2. Transferable Tickets:
Can’t make it? You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest. Just notify us at least 48 hours before the event with the new guest's name and contact details.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation:
In the rare case that an event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will be offered the choice of a rescheduled date or a full refund.
4. No-Shows:
Tickets will not be refunded or credited in the case of a no-show without prior notice.
