Safe Place Collage – Art therapy workshop (beginner-friendly)

Start of Art Therapy sessions in a beautiful art space WonderCat!

In this art therapy workshop, you’ll be guided to create a visual sanctuary, a place where you feel safe, calm, and at peace. Using magazines, colored papers, fabric scraps, and other materials we’ll design a collage that reflects your personal safe space. It can be somewhere real or imaginary, born from your dreams.

We’ll explore textures, shapes, colors and learn how visualizing can be a powerful tool for self-soothing and emotional grounding.

💛 What you’ll experience:

· Small group (maximum 5-6 people)

· All materials provided. We will work with different materials of your choice

· Guidance from a certified art therapist and art instructor, Jana Komaritsa

· A calming, supportive atmosphere to slow down and check in with yourself in a beautiful art space

· Tee/coffee/lemonade included

This workshop is beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone seeking a creative way to unwind, self-reflect, and connect with their emotions through art.
