Join us for Yoga Nilaya’s first-ever Gong Bath! This will be a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support your inner journey.

Led by Lucinda from @anxirelief, whose sound bath events frequently sell out across Sydney, this one night only experience invites you to lie back, relax, and allow waves of relaxing sound to wash through you.

Whether you’re looking to balance out an intense Ashtanga practice or simply crave space to unwind, this session is your invitation to pause and be gently guided into stillness.

Lucinda (@anxirelief) is a Sydney-based sound bath facilitator with a background in engineering and a deep passion for nervous system healing. She blends ancient sound practices with modern science to create grounded, transformative experiences designed for real-world stress relief.
