October is such a powerful month — it’s asking us to let go, to release what’s been heavy, and to step into this brand new 9-year cycle feeling light and clear.

🍫 Drink heart-opening cacao
🌬 Dive into deep ocean-inspired breathwork to cleanse stored energy
🎶 Bathe in sound healing to integrate and rise renewed
This is a space for you to feel held, to breathe deep, to cry, to laugh, to let it all go — and to leave feeling like you’ve truly reset.
