Soul Circle

I’m so excited to bring the Soul Circle into a new space, Alchemy Lounge, for a special evening of healing and connection.

The Soul Circle is a sacred space I hold once a month, where women and men gather to heal, commune, and unify. Together, we explore breathwork, movement, sound healing, and mindful sips (cacao or herbal tea, depending on what spirit calls for the evening). We then move into integration through journaling and discussion, creating space to reflect and ground the experience.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. You’re also welcome to bring something for the altar to be charged with our collective energy.
