Inner Refuge Yoga

Join me for an hour long, GENTLE, interoception based class! Designed to create a safe, choice based space for those navigating trauma, stress, anxiety and more - to slow down, connect, ground and regulate using mindful movement, breathing and body awareness techniques. Don't worry - we still find plenty of movement and get a great workout in!

Come turn your attention inward and discover the power we all hold within ourselves.
