We begin with the eerie 80s dark Disney dive into the depths of swords, sorcery, and a magic pig, when and young hero and adventurous princess join forces in a race against time beat an evil king to the powerful force within THE BLACK CAULDRON (1985)!
Featuring the voices of Grant Bardsley, Susan Sheridan, John Hurt, John Huston, and Billie Hayes.
Once the fate of that cursed crockpot is decided, we spirit away to the magical land of THE LAST UNICORN (1982), in which the titular horned horsey sets out to discover if she is truly the last of her kind, in a graceful and touching film beloved by a generation who were enchanted by it on cable and home video.
Featuring the voices of Mia Farrow, Jeff Bridges, Angela Lansbury, Christopher Lee, Paul Frees, and Brother Theodore, and a musical score by America. Produced by Rankin-Bass, of holiday TV special fame.
