Bring your own:
• Water to stay hydrated
• Food and drinks (no alcohol please)
• [Optional] Yoga mat/blanket to meditate on (if you plan to do that)
The event is being held at the pavilion that's across the bridge, visible from the parking lot (NOT the pavilion by the playground).
You are welcome to relax in the grass. Sit or lay in it directly or bring a yoga mat/blanket to be on, all depending on your personal preference.
If you bring food, please make sure to leave the area better than when you arrived. There are trash cans in the pavilion area to throw your trash away.
Dry Creek Park has bathrooms with running water.
If I am available (as the host) and weather is permitting, the event will take place.
