🤠 LDS Single Adult Country Dance 🤠
Friday, December 5th, 2025 | 7:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
Lehi SA 27th Ward, Lehi Utah South Stake
7:30 to 8:15 p.m. Country Dance Lesson
We will teach you how to two-step, spin, and dip without looking like you are reenacting the Pioneer Trek. By the end, your awkward linger-longer shuffle will turn into something that actually resembles rhythm. Sudden improvements in dance skills may cause instant crushes and unexpected DTR conversations.
Admission is free.
Just bring something to share like bottled water, soda, juice boxes, snacks, or chips. In classic LDS fashion, salvation is free but someone still has to bring the Oreos.
Why you should come:
• Because dancing through the singles ward is always better than scrolling through the singles ward. Looking at you, the “Mutual on Monday night and Swig hangover on Tuesday morning” crowd.
• Because cowboy boots add plus three confidence, plus ten holiness, and plus fifteen please-bless-this-works-out energy.
• Because your eternal companion might two-step right into your life or at least reach for the same Costco muffins at the refreshment table. If that is not a meet-cute, nothing is.
• Because boot scootin boogie counts as cardio, ministering, and maybe even a family history ordinance if you do it with enough enthusiasm.
We are keeping it clean, country, and full of good vibes. Think EFY but with more plaid and better lighting. So pull on your boots, grab your hat, and be ready to meet someone with return missionary energy, someone working on their senior mission papers, or someone whose bishop said they needed more activities. Either way, you will leave with new friends, tired feet, and a story your roommates, or grandchildren, will absolutely overanalyze later.
