At 1:30 PM, we begin a guided Somatic Breathwork journey designed to help you release stored tension, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and soften into yourself.
After 25 minutes of breath, integration time, and reflection, I’ll guide you through a mixed-media art practice where you’ll intuitively create from whatever surfaced — emotions, insights, imagery, sensation, or simply color and movement.
