FREE Grounding Gentle Yoga Flow for the Holidays

This Grounding Gentle Yoga Flow for the Holidays class will offer just the right amount of grounding and relaxation. We will focus on balancing the energetic body as well as the physical body by incorporating standing poses and stillness. Class will be a blend of gentle movements, slow flow, restorative and active postures. We will build a sense of ease and tranquility through mindfulness.

Please dress in comfy clothes and bring anything you think you might need. We will have props available (blankets, blocks, bolsters, mats and straps) but if you prefer to bring your own, please do!

If you are feeling sick or unwell for any reason, please do not come to class for the safety of the other students. Please only attend when you are feeling 100% better! Thanks for understanding!
