Forest Bathing Intro Class

Kick-off the New Year with a “Forest Bathing” walk that invigorates your senses under the direction of a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide. Participants will be guided through a series of invitations to connect with nature around a cozy campfire. This introductory class can accommodate those with some mobility challenges.
