Yoga 101

Yoga 101 is designed for every level of yogi. This class focuses on building a strong foundation in each posture. We explore principles of yoga, proper alignment, modifications, breathwork and breathing techniques, while enjoying the benefits of stretching and strengthening the body and mind. You will leave feeling aligned, balanced and more confident in your practice.

Class will be held inside the market when cold or outside on the turf when the weather is nice.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
