You are invited to the FIRST Rising Phoenix Breathwork Members ONLY event. A quiet pause in the middle of the holiday hustle and bustle. This is an opportunity to carve a moment out that’s just for you.
Stephanie will guide you through some of her favorite activities and rituals that will encourage you to reflect on the year with honesty, compassion and pride. We will spend time reflecting on what shaped us, what surprised us and what we are ready to carry forward into the next season of our lives.
Then we will look ahead. Setting intentions to connect with what matters. Creating a sense of grounded clarity before the holidays sweep you away from the path you are intentionally choosing.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring your journal a snack or dessert to share if you’d like. Join us for a members only evening of connection, community, warmth and the kind of support that reminds you that you aren’t walking this journey alone.
