Workshop 3: Upper Body Strength – Creating Stability for Stronger, Smoother Rides
F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinic is teaming up with Move Up Club to bring cyclists a three-part strength training series designed to enhance performance, prevent injury, and build power that translates to the road. Each session is led by our movement experts and targets key muscle groups that support efficient, resilient riding.
🔴 Workshop 3: Upper Body Strength
In this final session, we’re shifting the focus above the waist. A strong and stable upper body improves posture, breathing, bike handling, and overall endurance. We’ll guide you through upper body strength training that supports your core, shoulders, and arms—so you stay relaxed, supported, and in control during long efforts or technical terrain.
Expect mobility work, strength circuits, and activation drills designed to keep you balanced and pain-free from the handlebars to the finish line.
Whether you're managing fatigue on long rides or dialing in your sprint position, this session will help you ride with better form, control, and confidence.
