ROUNDS:
- Format: Core Constructed
- Structure: Swiss Rounds, number of rounds dependent on number of participants as listed below
- Swiss Rounds: 50 minutes, 3-game matches: When time is called there will be 5 turns allowed to finish the game or draw
- Top Cut Rounds: 70 minutes, best-of-three matches (Untimed Final Round)
TOP CUT:
- 16 Players: 4 Rounds, Top 4 Cut
- 17-32 Players: 5 Rounds, Top 8 Cut
- 33+ Players: 6 Rounds, Top 8 Cut

**If you are already enrolled ahead of time but are not present at start time, you may join after the first round is complete pending you have a complete deck list when you arrive. To participate you must be present, have a tournament-legal deck, and make a good-faith effort to play at least one full round. Players may request to see their deck list between matches. These requests will be granted whenever feasible.

DECK LISTS:
- Players must submit their deck list either via Play Hub or on a paper deck list before the first round begins. Printed or uploaded lists from outside sources like Dreamborn will be accepted.

- Judges will perform deck checks as much as is feasible. Decks will be checked after shuffling has completed but before opening hands are drawn. Deck checks are intended to verify that players are playing the correct deck as registered on their deck list. Time allowances will be made in the case of deck checks.
CONCESSIONS:
- A player may concede an incomplete game at any time. That player immediately loses the game and, if applicable, the match moves on to the next game.
- A player who refuses to play a match is considered to have conceded that match
- Players may not ask their opponents to concede a game.
- Players may not implicitly or explicitly, offer or accept any reward or consideration in exchange for a concession. Players provided such an offer are required to call a judge and report the offer.
INTENTIONAL DRAWS:
- Prior to the end of a match, players may agree to draw the match.
- A player may only request an intentional draw once per match, and may not implicitly or explicitly offer any reward or consideration in exchange for a draw. Players provided such an offer are required to call a judge and report the offer.
DROPPING:
- A player may drop from the tournament at any time. Players are responsible for either dropping themselves using Melee.gg or by informing a Judge or Scorekeeper.
- If the player is currently paired for any matches when the request to drop is made, that player is considered to have conceded all games in that match.
- Players who do not show up for their match will be dropped from the tournament unless they inform the Scorekeeper before that round ends.
LORE AND NOTES:
- At Competitive tournaments, electronic devices capable of long-term data storage and/or internet access are not permitted, including the Disney Lorcana TCG Companion app for tracking lore.
- Players are encouraged to keep written track of lore totals, but no other written notes are permitted. Referring to outside notes during a match is considered Outside Assistance. Notepads will not be provided.
