What does “healthy eating” really mean? In a world full of mixed nutrition messages, it’s easy to feel confused or overwhelmed. This series breaks it all down in a simple, realistic way, without restriction or perfection.
Each session focuses on balance, real foods, and practical tools you can actually use in everyday life. We’ll cover how to build nourishing meals, understand nutrients without the jargon, read labels with confidence, and create sustainable habits that support energy, health, and enjoyment.
This is a 3-part series, and you’re welcome to sign up for one session, two sessions, or all three to get the full experience and impact.

Meet your instructor, Kyndra:
Kyndra Hamblin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist of 27 years, Nutrition Educator, Certified Personal Trainer, Women's Health Specialist and Owner of Decoding Nutrition Answers who is passionate about providing personalized nutrition and lifestyles strategies based on genetics, stage of life, current lifestyle, activity, and the unique goals of each person she works with. She believes personalization is key to success for true, long-term lifestyle changes. Her passion for studying nutrigenomics, which is the intersection of nutrition and genes, was born from frustration after attempting to use a one size fits all approach to nutritional counseling. Whether it is through one on one counseling or educational presentations and courses she thoroughly enjoys educating on health, wellness, fitness, and longevity principles.
