🔥 Hands-On Brisket Class
This is a hands-on brisket class with limited seating led by Brad and Bre of Smoke’n Magic. During this 4-hour in-depth class, you will learn the complete brisket process from selection to smoking in a relaxed, easy-going environment.
Each attendee will work hands-on with their own brisket, learning how to properly select quality meat, trim, inject, season, and prepare it for the smoker. You will trim your brisket during class and take it home to cook using the techniques taught.
