Childbirth Education Workshop

Join Quincy for a collaborative childbirth education workshop, where we will cover topics such as:

-Comfort during late stage pregnancy
-What to do in early and active labor
-How your partner can support you in labor
-Comfort measures for unmedicated labor
-Tools and resources for medicated labor
-Postpartum support
-Infant feeding methods and troubleshooting
-Postpartum mood disorders

Quincy is a full spectrum doula, childbirth educator, infant feeding specialist, homebirth midwifery assistant, and student midwife. She has 5+ years of experience and has attended over 100 births in various settings.
