RecycleFEST

This free event offers Lee’s Summit residents an opportunity to dispose of a variety of items that can be recycled and refurbished, reducing harm to the environment and saving landfill space. Residents can bring up to four paper grocery bags of sensitive documents per household to be shredded and recycled.
The following items are accepted:

- Shredding of Confidential Documents (four paper grocery sack
limit, no binders allowed but staples and paper clips are ok)
- Bikes (working adult bikes)
- Tennis Shoes
- Prescription Eye Glasses
- License Plates
- Golf Balls
- Tennis Balls
- Rechargeable Batteries (no car batteries)
- Cell Phones
- Keys
- Wine Corks
- Crayons
- Hearing Aids
- Prescription Pill Bottles (no medicine, remove labels)
