Everyone tells us we need to meditate more - yet so many people REALLY struggle with the how and what. Some of the most common phrases I hear when I speak to people about meditation:,”I am not good at meditating” or “It’s so hard to quieten my mind”.
Having spent the last 20+ years learning and practicing many different forms of meditation, I have experienced first hand the incredible benefits that meditation can bring, not only to your life, but also to those around you.
One form of meditation that has changed me on a profound level is mantra meditation.
What makes mantra meditation unique is the way it embraces the mind, rather than fighting against it. Thoughts aren’t distractions, instead they are part of the release. Some are fleeting, some carry deep meaning, but all are signs that the meditation is working, helping old emotions and energy dissolve.
The essence of mantra meditation is the power that lies in the actual mantras themselves. These high vibrational words (bijaksharas) are sacred sound formulas that when used in specific sequences and repeated with devotion, they create purification and a deep connection with your true essence.
This is not just about calm; it is about transformation. About clearing what no longer serves and awakening the deeper currents of the soul.
I will be sharing the incredible mantra teachings of Sri Kaleshwar, practices that hold the power to shift your inner world and bring you into harmony with the Divine. It has transformed my life and I would love to share these teachings with you.
