Your voice mirrors your story. It carries the joy, the pain, and the words that have never been said.
Many people have been taught to play small and stay quiet. To be seen and not heard. But when the voice is suppressed, it leads to emotional tension, anxiety, and disconnection between the mind, body, and heart. In this workshop you will learn how to release trapped energy, gently express your truth, and creatively reconnect to your intuition.
The workshop includes breathwork, vocal humming, vocal toning, and creative exploration of the link between the voice and emotions, helping you discover what wants to be expressed.
