Our annual Inspire Gala is back, and this year is extra exciting because we are celebrating our 10-Year Anniversary!

The Elevate Aviation Inspire Gala is more than a celebration. It is a call to action.

Each year, we honour eight remarkable women whose vision, leadership, and resilience are reshaping the face of aviation and aerospace in Canada. Their stories fuel our mission and show what is possible when barriers are removed.

Your support at the Inspire Gala directly funds programs that elevate women and underrepresented groups into life-changing careers. From immersive youth education to industry-aligned training and mentorship, these programs open doors that transform futures.
