This circle invites you into a spacious evening of gentle grounding practices, reflective journaling, and shared intention- an opportunity to listen inward and honour the subtle wisdom that emerges in stillness.
We'll explore the themes traditionally associated with the Snow Moon: clarity, renewal, and the tender process of releasing what has grown heavy through the season. Through guided meditation, breath, and mindful contemplation, you'll be supported in clearing space within, making room for what wishes to take form as we move toward the light of the coming months.
