New Year's Day Ride CHANGED!

January 1, 2026 Suncoast Trail

There is no leader for this ride on the sunny-hilly part of the Suncoast Trail. Ride New Years Day on part of the SunCoast Trail. 10:00 a.m. To get to the parking area from Inverness take Hwy 44 west toward Crystal River. As soon as you pass under the Suncoast Hwy overpass, get in the left hand turn lane for Crystal Oaks. Turn left on Crystal Oaks and an immediate left to get to the parking area. There are no restrooms at this parking area and the facilities on this ride are unknown, so prepare.

If you ride all the way to the parking, restrooms and picnic area at hwy 50 you will ride about 51 miles round trip. Bring a picnic lunch or snack and extra drinks as there probably won't be any restaurants open.

The Suncoast Trail does not yet meet up with the County Trail along Norvell Bryant.
