🌞 Summer Yoga & Karate Event! 🧘‍♀️🥋
Join NJ4S in partnership with Action Karate Lebanon and the Center for Family Services for an afternoon of mindfulness, movement, and fun!

🗓 Date: Wednesday, August 20th
🕒 Time: 3:30 PM
📍 Location: Hunterdon Hills Plaza — 1386 US-22, Lebanon, NJ 08833
👨‍👩‍👧 Open to all ages 5 and up — children and adults welcome!

Event Schedule:

3:30 PM: Free yoga class led by NJ4S, followed by a short mindfulness discussion and snack time

4:30 PM: Stay for a FREE beginner karate class with Action Karate Lebanon!
