Qi Gong for Seniors

Join Moon Dragon Fitness on Thursday mornings for a relaxing session of meditation, movement, and stretching. In this class, you will learn movement patterns that encourage better mobility, as well as techniques that help cultivate deep breathing. The connection between the movements and the breathing patterns turn into a meditation that helps to reduce stress and develop mindfulness. Learn to embrace peace within yourself!
This class is a special offering for Lebanon County seniors 60 years of age and older - it is $5 per class and is held in the Maple Street Senior Community Center (located on the first floor of the Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging building).
