Bright, bittersweet, and beautifully glossy—join us for a demo all about making marmalade from scratch. We’ll walk through citrus prep, cooking stages, and balancing sweetness and bitterness to create a spread that’s perfect for toast, baking, or gifting.

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
