Join us for a free community class focusing on practical holistic ways of strengthening the immune system. We will also be covering specific herbal remedies and natural methods of managing the most common concerns during the “cold & flu season” from home.

There will also be an open Q&A at the end of the class (not limited to the topic of the immune system).
