Welcome to Camp NV's Spring Weekend!
Join us for a weekend of disc dog fun, crafts, and laughs! Each dog will be given a bandana to fill with badges they can earn throughout the weekend! We will also be offering THREE divisions at Camp NV, so more badges to spread around! But placements aren't the only thing that will earn you badges, there will be tons of other fun badges handed out, too. We look forward to spending the weekend with you at the very first Camp NV!
For those that are new, UpDog is extremely beginner friendly, and we will go over each game before we play. Our number one goal is to make sure your dog is having fun!
Dogs of any age can play. However, your dog must be at least 12 months old to earn points in Crossover games () or 16 months old to play Freestyle ().
Please keep in mind when registering, per UpDog, one dog may only play 10 rounds maximum in one day, even split between multiple handlers. Also, a team may only play up to 3 rounds of a specific game in one day (if offered).
We will be offering awards based on divisions. If your team has scored within the division criteria below more than once, this is your division. Please read the criteria carefully. This is based per team, not per handler.
NOVICE:
Throw'N'Go: less than 18 pts
Greedy: less than 24 pts
Time Warp: less than 20 pts
INTERMEDIATE:
Throw'N'Go: between 19 and 30 pts
Greedy: between 25 and 32 pts
Time Warp: between 21 and 50 pts
EXPERT:
Throw'N'Go: greater than 30 pts
Greedy: greater than 32 pts
Time Warp: greater than 50 pts
Far Out awards will be broken down into three divisions, assuming there are 15 unique teams.
Less than 60 yards total
Between 60 and 120 yards total
Greater than 120 yards total
Our Head Judges will be Ashton Bemis, Megan Pyles, and Alexa Pressman. Melissa Moerland will be our Trial Secretary and Treasurer.
We will be offering one round of each game.
First Player's Meeting will begin at 9:00AM on Saturday and Sunday.

All games are Level 1. Freestyle may be played as Level 1 or 2.
Pre-registration is $12/round. Day-of entries (if available) are $15/round. For Exhibition Only (FEO) entries are $5/round. Try-it rounds are FREE for brand new teams!

Custom badge awards will be offered for all games in the Novice, Intermediate, and Expert divisions with the possible exception of Freestyle.
Our playing field is fenced on three sides but if a dog is determined, it will be able to escape. There are cows on one side of the property, but they do not come up next to the playing field. If your dog manages to get through the fence and harass the cows, you will be asked to leave. We do not want to cause issues between property owners, nor do we want anyone (dog, cow, or human) to get hurt.
Plenty of parking is available. Restroom on site but not wheelchair accessible.
Please come prepared with a way to contain your dog (car, crate, ex-pen, etc.), as well as a way to keep them cool (or warm, depending on weather)! We highly recommend aluminets over your vehicle if crating out of the car, as well as fans on your dogs. Bring some water for your dogs, too! We will have a small dog pool on site to cool your dog off after your rounds.
