Take a pause and reconnect with your inner calm in this wellness-forcused session that combines guided breathwork with mindful painting. We’ll begin with intentional breathing techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and bring the body into a state of balance. With a relaxed mind and open heart, you’ll transition into a gentle painting experience - no art skill required- where creativity becomes a tool for reflection, emotional release and self-care. This session is designed to support mental clarity, emotional well-being and a deeper connection yourself.
