Camp Leavenworth 5K

Celebrate Leavenworth and Sunflower Season!
4th annual! Open to runners and walkers, this unique and fun event features stunning views from the bluffs of the Missouri River on closed-to-traffic roads.

$350 prize purse ($100/$50/$25 for the top male and female finishers)

On-course cheerleaders

Age-group awards in 10-year increments (14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; etc.) plus top male and female w/stroller

Kids under 18 race FREE!

Walkers welcome! Stollers welcome. Bicycles and Dogs (except service animals) are not allowed.
Minimum age: 14 to run on your own. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire course.

The Course
The single-loop course begins in Leavenworth, KS.
Runners will head south through downtown Leavenworth, then towards the bluffs of the Missouri River, looping back past the start to tour the northern bluffs and high river views…
